Silver Sneakers, Walking Club, and Coffee Walk & Talk
Kids America offers the Silver Sneakers program! You may be eligible for a free KA membership - check with your Insurance Supplement provider for details.
Silver Sneakers aerobics classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 AM, 8:45 AM, and 2:00 PM. You MUST have a senior plan insurance based membership to participate in the Silver Sneakers classes.
Coffee Walk & Talk runs from 7 - 10 AM Monday through Friday. This program is free for KA members, and just $1 for our friends over 60, and $4 for those 59 and under. This program does NOT include Silver Sneakers aerobics classes for non-members.
